Admission: The teachers here are super helpful, qualified, and really know their stuff. They teach really well, and I've learned a lot about the subjects. The course prepares us well for the industry, and the semester exams are not too hard.
Placement: Most students found jobs here after college. The highest salary is 3.5 Lacs per year, and the average is 1.5 Lacs. Everyone got internships at places like ITC, Taj, and Hyatt. The main job students get is hotel operation trainee.
Campus: The facilities for our course are pretty good. Our campus is big with 7 labs and around 4 classrooms. We have a computer lab and a library too. The hostel facilities, food in the mess and canteen, medical help, and sports are all good.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful and really know their stuff. They teach really well. The course covers Indian and continental cuisine, getting us ready for everything. The semester exams can be tough, but if you understand the concepts, you'll do fine.
Placement: A lot of students here land cool jobs on cruise ships. You just need to nail the interview, and then you can score a placement. Some students even snag gigs at top hotels like Taj and Marriott. It's awesome that big names come to our college to recruit us.
Campus: The cooking labs are cleaned daily, which is great. Classrooms also get cleaned every day. I lived in the college hostel, and it's always kept clean and tidy. The college library has a lot of books that are super helpful for cooking different dishes.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really smart and skilled. I got to do an internship at Hilton in Bangalore, which was awesome. They guide us in figuring out what to do next after college. The chefs are always there to help us out when we have questions. Basically, CAI is top-notch.
Placement: Our seniors got some awesome placements in hotels and cruise lines like P&O, Cost, and Princess. If you're into this industry, you'll have a good chance to get placed. The pay ranges from Rs. 15,000 to 28,000 in hotels and Rs. 30,000 to 40,000 in cruise lines. Big companies like Taj Group, The Park, Oberoi, ITC, and Leela come to our college for placements.
Campus: The college has really nice kitchens that are well taken care of. We're learning ECF (European culinary fundamentals) in our classes. All the classrooms have digital tools. They give us food too. The hostel is great for out-of-state students. The rooms are clean and comfy.

Admission: The teachers here are really nice and helpful, especially to new students. They know a lot and have good experience. The chefs are great too and share their experiences. The courses help us get ready for working in hotels.
Placement: Almost all students get jobs each year. Big hotel companies come to our college for hiring. Many students land internships at top hotels through the college.
Campus: The library is super clean and organized. The kitchen is always spotless. The lecture halls are in great shape. I really like the facilities for my course and the campus infrastructure is top-notch. The medical services are good too, and they even have an annual sports meet which is cool.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful. They really know their stuff and have been guiding us well throughout the years. Each teacher brings something different to the table, which makes learning fun and interesting.
Placement: Most students found jobs through campus interviews. Companies like Oberoi, The Park, ITC, Leela, and Marriott hire a lot of students. Also, cruise line companies like Cost Cruises, Princess Cruises, PNO Cruises, and Royal Caribbean Cruises come for placements.
Campus: The college has 7 kitchens that are super well-equipped with everything we need to learn fancy cooking skills. They give us a taste of what it's like to work in a real hotel or restaurant kitchen. Plus, the kitchens are big and roomy, which is awesome.

Admission: The college has a 3-year degree program in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts, along with a post-graduate diploma and a certificate craft course. The faculty is really good at teaching different cuisines and kitchen sections. They also bring in guest lecturers to help us learn about management and kitchen skills.
Placement: The college sets up interviews with hotels and cruise lines every year for students. They also organize interviews for management training programs right on campus. Second-year students can also count on getting training placements.
Campus: The college building has 8 floors and a basement. The basement has the Deans office, AV Hall, Girls locker, and Administration. The ground floor is empty. On the 1st floor, you'll find BTK, Bread Art kitchen, and a computer lab. The 2nd floor houses ECF kitchen and Costa Cruise Galley. The 3rd floor has a restaurant and Pastry and confectionery kitchen. Moving up to the 4th floor, you'll see Bulk Galley and Student Dining Hall. The 5th floor has ATK and Library. Classes for theory periods are held on the 6th and 7th floors. The 7th floor also has a front office lab, while the 8th floor is home to the housekeeping lab. It's a pretty cool setup!

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. They've got lots of experience and teach in a cool way. We do both practical and theory classes, which is awesome. We even get to learn in fancy hotels to see how things work there. Our Director Chef, N. Sudhakar Rao, is super talented and hardworking. He's a top chef in India and I feel lucky to learn from him. The faculty here is great, I've had a good time with all of them.
Placement: I'm in my last year at Culinary Academy of India. At CAI, they promise 100% placements for those who work hard. If you're dedicated, you can land a job in a top hotel. My seniors recently got hired by fancy 5-star hotels and cruise lines. The college has a great placement team that helps us every step of the way to secure jobs in top hotels.
Campus: The college has super modern kitchens and equipment. We each get our own stove to practice. There's a big library with all the newest books on culinary arts. And there's a computer lab with Wi-Fi too. The food here is awesome, it really tastes like homemade. The college provides good quality meals. Plus, there's a clean dining hall just for students.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff when it comes to all types of cooking. They've got tons of experience in the industry and they're passing on their skills to us students. It's great to learn from people who have been in the game for so long!
Placement: Everyone who went for interviews landed great jobs all over the country. The main companies hiring are ITC, Oberoi, Leela, Taj, etc. Everyone also scored internships in top hotels across India.
Campus: The college facilities are awesome! They have really top-notch equipment from around the world. It's the same stuff you'd find in hotels, which is super helpful for us when we're doing internships or working in hotels. Love it!

Admission: The instructors and faculty at Brand CAI are super helpful and really go out of their way to help us students. They focus a lot on practical skills and making sure we're ready for the real world. They know their stuff and have experience from all over the world. The training material and curriculum are spot on. I feel ready to dive into the industry because of them.
Placement: There are lots of big hotels and cruise companies that come to Culinary Academy of India for placements, like Cost, Princess, P&O, and more. They hire students to work in their kitchens. Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Marriotts, Hyatt, and others come here to pick their kitchen management trainees. They also offer internships to second-year students in the second semester. It's a great opportunity to get real-world experience in the hospitality industry.
Campus: The college has awesome facilities like kitchens and classrooms. It's the only one in India with a cool video & molecular gastronomy kitchen. Plus, there are 8 training kitchens for different types of cooking. The library has books from everywhere and lots of videos to help us learn easily. The best part is the simulated kitchen where we learn just like in the industry. It's pretty great!

Admission: The teachers are experts from hotels and have lots of experience. They teach in a hands-on way and get students involved. There are around 20 students for each teacher. The college is famous for giving students real-world experience through training, outdoor activities, and contests.
Placement: You can definitely land a job in top hotels or cruise lines in India after studying here. Big names like Taj, Oberoi's, and Hyatt hire students from our college. Even cruise lines like Princess and Carnival come for placements here. The college is awesome for culinary studies. They also arrange for 4-month IT training in luxury hotels. Your salary and stipend will vary depending on where you work hotel or cruise line. It's a great place to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry.
Campus: The college has awesome facilities for learning about food production and service. The kitchens are super equipped for us to learn like pros. The food quality is top-notch, just like in the industry. And hey, there are hostels for the guys too!
