Admission: IMDR has awesome faculty who make it a top college. They know a lot and teach us in a cool way. We learn a lot about the business world. In our class of around 40 students, teachers give us personal attention. They check our work and let us do presentations. We also go on trips to companies as part of our studies.
Placement: The placements here are really good. I'm in my first year and I see seniors already getting job offers with awesome packages. Around 60-70% of the seniors are already placed. The highest salary so far is 7.5 LPA. The college offers specializations in finance, marketing, HR, operations, and IT. The placement team is run by students and they're super active. It's cool that 80 students already have summer internships. People here care more about the work than the stipend, but some have gotten up to Rs. 10,000.
Campus: IMDR is the oldest business school in Pune, right in the middle of Deccan. The classrooms are simple, but they give off a chill vibe that keeps you grounded. Even though the infrastructure is basic, they've got top-notch stuff like computer labs, SAP software, Wi-Fi, a killer library with books on everything, and tons of business magazines. There's even a cool quadrangle where we can play games like badminton, table tennis, and volleyball. And let's not forget about the canteen - it's where everyone hangs out!

Admission: IMDR's faculty are super experienced in both industry and teaching. They really know their stuff! The learning here is a two-way street students and faculty both bring something to the table. Sometimes we even get teachers from SIBM. IMDR offers a cool option where you can major in one thing and minor in another. Like, you could focus on marketing with a side of finance. It's a great place to learn and grow!
Placement: Around 70 out of 105 students got placed. Companies like ICICI, HDFC, TCS, and Bajaj Finserv hire regularly. The highest package was 7.5 LPA, with an average of 5 LPA. The lowest was around 3.5 LPA. Most roles are for management trainees. Students play a big role in placements, and there's no official coordinator. The placement team has been doing a great job so far.
Campus: The buildings at IMDR may be old, but they really capture the school's history. IMDR has the biggest library out of all the MBA/PGDM colleges in Pune. The computer labs follow AICTE standards and have all the necessary equipment. If you're into sports, you can use the grounds and courts at the sister institutes too.

Admission: Most of the teachers are great, but they seem to favor Maharashtra students more. Still, it's okay since the education you receive is valuable. The curriculum is well-structured, with the option for dual specializations in the second year. First-year students share common subjects, which is cool.
Placement: The college has about half of the students placed after graduation. If you find a job on your own, you have to sign a form to opt-out of placements. Most companies that visit offer salaries between 1.5 to 3 LPA. They don't tell you this when you join. It seems like MBA and PGDM programs are just money-making schemes for the college.
Campus: The Wi-Fi at college is okay. The library has some books, but not a lot. The classrooms are old, actually the whole college is old. There's no medical help or sports facilities. Students play sports outside. The labs are decent, and the canteen food is pricey but good. IMDR doesn't have its own hostel, so students stay at F.C. hostel. It's not great, especially for girls. They end up finding other places to stay.

The course content gets updated every year to keep up with industry needs. The internships offered by the college are in good companies, some are even start-ups.
Placement: The placement cell at this college is run by students, but that doesn't mean it's not good. Around 80-82% of students get jobs here with an average salary of 5 Lacs per year. The lowest salary offered is 3.8 Lacs, while the highest is around 8 Lacs. Companies like Asian Paints, Bajaj Finserv, HDFC, ICICI, TCS, and Infosys visit every year for placements. The college gives good return on investment.
Campus: The campus looks old school but really pretty. Each classroom has a projector and mic. The computer labs are cool with AC and new computers. The library is awesome, you can pick any book you want. It's one of the best management libraries in Pune. The auditorium is nice too. The only thing is, they need to update the infrastructure a bit.
