The admission process at Ashoka Institute of Technology and Management (AITM), Rajnandgaon, for the 2025 academic session is a well-planned process consisting of several stages, namely online registration, an entrance exam-based selection process, and document verification.

Entrance Exam

• B.E: The admissions are mainly done based on the score or the Chhattisgarh Pre-Engineering Test (CG PET) or JEE Main scores, and centralised counselling by the Chhattisgarh Directorate of Technical Education (CGDTE).

Application Process

• Open the official AITM site: https://www.aitmrjn.in.
• Click on the heading 'Admission' and Then Click on the relevant course (B.E.).
• Sign up with your complete name, email ID, and phone number.
• Use the credentials you received through email and log in to access the application form.
• Complete all the necessary personal, academic, and entrance test information accurately.
• Upload the scanned copy of Class 10 & 12 marksheet, CG PET/ JEE Main scorecard, passport size photograph, and a valid ID proof.
• Make a payment for the application fee through the online payment portal.
• Print and refer to at a later stage.

Selection Process

Admission is based on merit lists compiled from CG PET or JEE Main scores. CGDTE provides centralised counselling to students. Allocation of seats is made based on rank, category of reservation, availability of seats, and any preferences made during the counselling process.

Confirmation of Allotment

Once the students receive a provisional allotment, they have to:

• Accept the assigned seat within the required time.
• Bring original documents to the verification at the reporting centre.
• Submit the admission fee as a confirmation of enrolment at AITM, Rajnandgaon.

The academic year 2024-2025 has witnessed excellent placement results at Ashoka Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) located in Rajnandgaon. About 80 per cent of students can secure an internship at the end of the study period, further enhancing their employability.
