GLA University – Hostel Fees for Indian Students

Hostel accommodation is subject to availability, and rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The hostel fees listed below apply for the current academic session of 10 months. Students must pay the full hostel fee by February each year for the next academic session's booking. Tuition fees can be paid semester-wise with an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per semester. The second installment of the academic fee is due by 20th December annually.

Hostel Security Deposit: An additional Rs. 5000/- is charged in the first year, refundable upon successful completion and vacating the hostel.

 

Mess Charges: The annual mess fee is fixed at Rs. 40,000/-, paid in advance. The mess operates on an actual expenses basis.

 

GLA University – Bus Fees for Indian Students

The bus fees are subject to revision every year and apply only to the regular academic session.

 

GLA University – Hostel Fees for International Students

Hostel accommodation is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and fees listed below apply for the current academic session of 10 months. Tuition fee installment options are available with an additional charge of $35 per semester. The second installment is due by 20th December each year, and students must pay the full hostel fee by February for booking the following academic year.

Hostel Security Deposit: International students are required to pay an additional $118 in the first year, refundable upon successful completion and vacating the hostel.

 

Mess Charges: The annual mess fee for international students is $941, payable in advance. Mess services operate on actual expenses basis.

 

GLA University – Bus Fees for International Students

Similar to Indian students, bus fees for international students are subject to yearly revision and cover the regular academic session only.

 

Additional Hostel Facilities and Support at GLA University

The university prioritizes student safety and wellbeing within its hostel premises. All hostel residents must pay a security deposit of Rs. 5000/- (or $118 for international students) on joining, which is refundable upon course completion and vacating the hostel.
