Global Academy of Technology (GAT) was established in 2001 and is one of the top engineering and management colleges in Bangalore, Karnataka. The campus covers 10 acres of land. It is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and is approved by the AICTE and recognized by the Government of Karnataka. GAT has around 3,500 students and 300 faculty members.

GAT is a private institution founded by the National Education Foundation and is located in Bangalore, a major IT hub in India.
