Human Resource Development Centre founded by the Holy Cross College alumnae association of the college has been providing placement opportunities to the candidates.
HRD also conducts training programmes to equip the students with employability skills for better job opportunities. In addition, it also conducts classes on driving, keyboard, & Guitar for the benefit of the students.
HRD mainly functions through a career guidance cell which focuses on training and campus placement cell for organising interviews for the final year students and for the alumni.

- It is categorising the students into three main groups- higher studies, job seekers and entrepreneurs.
- Orientation programs and training will be given based upon their choice.
- Scheduling the campus drive based upon the Email communication- priority will be given for trichy based companies.
- Clearly explains the nature of job and related information
- Student registration and interview process.
