Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University was established in 2009. The university is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. MJRPU campus covers an area of 100 acres. It is a private university. NCTE, PCI, BCI, and UGC accredit the university's programmes. It offers around 290 courses under different disciplines: Architecture, Fashion Design, Journalism, Science, Engineering, Education, Law, Agriculture, Home Science, etc. It is Rajasthan's first privately owned university approved as the Scientific Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR).
Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University has an international tie-up with Macmillan Research Group (UK) for co-publishing abroad and scholarship. MJRPU campus comprises a hostel, various reading rooms, a library, labs, transport facilities, a seminar hall, and a hostel. MJRPU also offers scholarships to deserving and meritorious students.
