• Click on “New Student Admission” and select the preferred course
• Create a user ID using a valid mobile number and email ID.
• Log in again through “Already Registered Student” and carefully fill in all the required details, including the Aadhar Card information.

Upload scanned copies of all necessary original documents, along with:

• A recent passport-size color photograph.
• Digital signature (for identity card processing).
• Ensure all uploaded documents are clear and properly scanned.
• Review the application details carefully before submission.
• Click “Submit Application” to finalize the application.

Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment

• Log in to the account using the provided User ID & Password at:
  https://www.kcesmjc.in/Account/Login
• Once the form is submitted, the Fee Payment option will be available at the account.
• Complete the fee payment process by choosing “Pay Online” for digital payment or Offline payment is also accepted.
• After successful payment, download and print: The filled application form and the paid fee receipt / challan.
• Submit the printed admission form along with the fee receipt and the required original & photocopy documents at the ‘Admission & Eligibility Section’ in the college office.
• Submission of documents must be done within 5 days of online application submission.
