PAU serves various undergraduate programs such as B.Sc and B.Tech in various specializations. Candidates seeking admission to B.Sc (Hons.) need to appear in CET conducted by PAU except for B.Sc in Architecture and Fashion Designing. For B.Sc in Architecture, the candidates have to appear in AAT conducted by IITs.
For B.Sc in Fashion Designing aspiring candidates have to attend DAT conducted by NID which is held specially to determine the design abilities of aspirants.
B.Tech admission is also based on CET by PAU except for B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering for which the candidates have to qualify in JEE Main followed by counselling.

At the PG level, PAU offers M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Sc and MJMC in different disciplines. Apart from regular courses, the university also offers MCA (Lateral Entry) and Integrated M.Sc.
