SSUS Kalady Admission 2025: Dates, Courses fees, Application process

The postgraduate admission procedure for Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit (SSUS) for the academic session 2025 is already ongoing. The deadline to fill in the application form has been extended to April 27, 2025. Candidates willing to apply may do so online from the official website at pgadmission.ssus.ac.in. SSUS conducts a range of postgraduate courses at its Kalady campus and nine regional centres. The entrance tests for the programs are going to be conducted between May 2 and May 9, 2025.

Applicants need to be in possession of an undergraduate degree from a reputed university. Selection is mainly done on the basis of merit and entrance test performance. The entrance exam is for a duration of 2 hours, has a total of 100 marks, and has 10% weightage in the final selection process. This test is designed to evaluate the candidate's passion and expertise on the subject they have chosen. Candidates are accepted into the MFA program for admission based on a combination of performance in entrance tests, education, a personal interview, and a portfolio presentation.

The whole process of application is online. The applicants are asked to register, fill in the form, upload supporting documents, and submit the application within the deadline. After announcing the entrance exam results, the shortlisted applicants will be invited for a personal interview as the last step of the selection procedure.

SSUS Kalady conducts UG programmes such as BA and BFA for 10+2 completed students. They are admitted to the programme based on merit of the qualifying examination. SSUS Kalady Application Process 2025

Shortlisted candidates should submit their final year mark sheets or provisional degree certificate by 31st August. This is applicable only to those who have appeared or are appearing for final degree exams.

Those students who have already undertaken a postgraduate course through a conventional program are not eligible to seek admission for another PG program at SSUS. Nevertheless, they can seek admission for professional programs conducted by the university.

1. Aspirants may download the application form from the official website of the SSUS.
2. Complete the application form with mandatory details & remit the application fee by DD.
3. Following this, he/she has to submit the application form with the Xerox copies of the necessary documents to the Heads of respective Departments concerned on or before May 02.
