SGVU - Hostel Fee Payment and Booking Guidelines
Important Notes:
- Electricity charges for AC rooms are billed separately based on actual consumption.
- Hostel fees must be paid on a semester-wise basis, with the 1st installment due by 20th July and the 2nd installment by 20th January of the academic year.
- Except for first-semester students, rooms can be booked before 4th July by paying a non-refundable booking fee of INR 20,000.
- Hostel room allotment is fixed for the duration from 5th July to 15th May of the academic session.
- A fine of INR 50 per day applies if hostel fees are not paid before the deadline.
