The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development offers three main programmes. The Post-Graduate Diploma is a postgraduate-level course lasting 18 to 24 months, open to graduates from any discipline. The Systematic Training & Education Programme (STEP) is an undergraduate programme of three years, designed for candidates who have passed 12th grade (CBSE or equivalent) and are between 18 and 20 years old. The Start with Oberoi And Rise (SOAR) internship programme lasts 3 to 6 months. It is available to students above 19 and below 25 years of age as of July 1 in their graduating year, enrolled in a three-year Hotel Management Graduate Programme.

The selection process runs from February to August. Between February and April, candidates register online by submitting applications and documents; SOAR applicants can apply via their college placement office or online if they haven’t visited college. From April to May, shortlisted candidates attend group activities and interviews assessing communication, grooming, and aptitude, with campus presentations for PGDM/STEP. Final interviews and results occur from June to August, with successful candidates assigned hotels by PGDM, and the programme starts in July/August.
