VU-B – Important Hostel Fee Policies

- For mess or room upgrades made in the fall semester, the full differential fee must be paid; if upgrades occur in the winter semester, 50% of the differential fee applies.
- No refunds are available for mess or room downgrades.
- Refunds are processed according to the hostel refund policy.
- The hostel fee is subject to an annual escalation.
