BA (Hons) Arabic or Bachelor of Arts in Arabic Honours is a 3-year bachelor's degree program that is structured in 6 semesters. Admission to BA Hons Arabic is based on the entrance exam scores such as CUET UG. Given below is the step by step admission process for the Jamia Millia Islamia for your reference:

 

Step 1: Visit the official Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) entrance portal and register online by filling in individual, educational and contact information.

 

Step 2: Complete the online application form for the course BA (Hons) Arabic. Upload the required documents like your photo, signature and educational certificates.

 

Step 3: Online payment of application fee (usually INR 550) through Net Banking/UPI/Debit Card.

 

Step 4: Since 2022, UG courses such as BA (Honors) are through Arabic Entrance Qite-UG. So apply for the CUET-OG exam on the NTA CUET portal and sit. Choose JMI and Ba Arabic as your choice.

 

Step 5: After the CUET result is declared, the JMI CUET will publish a merit list based on the score. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for further consultation/document verification.

 

Step 6: If appointed, accept your entry by online payment of semester fee on the JMI portal.

 

Step 7: Join the Arabic Department in JMI on the date specified for physical verification and orientation. Classes start soon after this.
