MTech Agricultural Engineering is a 2-year PG degree program. It imparts knowledge on subjects such as farm machinery, soil and water conservation, irrigation and drainage, and agricultural process engineering. Students learn through project work, seminars, and field visits.

The MTech Agricultural Engineering admission process is based on the entrance exam.This exam can either be national, such as GATE, or university-specific. Candidates are requested to check the eligibility criteria before proceeding with the application form. The admission process of Banaras Hindu University (BHU)is mentioned below:

  • Step 1: At first, candidates will need to register themselves for the CUET-PG entrance exam.
  • Step 2: Fill out the application form with the registration number for MTech Agricultural Engineering available.The fees can be paid through online mode of payment, credit card, debit card or netbanking.
  • Step 3: Then, students must appear for the CUET-PG test on the specified date.
  • Step 4: Students who have qualified for CUET-PG will be shortlisted by the university.
  • Step 5: The final selection is based on CUET-PG score and/or written test and/or interview and/or past academic performance. There will be a counselling session held by the University.
