BITSAT 2025 Application Process: BITSAT 2025 Registration Last Date has been extended to 24th April 2025 by 6:00 pm. Candidates can apply for the BITS Admission Test 2025 on the designated BITS admission website. After the registration window closes, the conducting authority will open the correction facility on 29th April, 2025. Candidates can make necessary changes in the application form till 1st May 2025.
The exam will be conducted in two sets (sessions). The BITSAT 2025 Application window for Session 1 started on 20th January and will now remain open till 24th April 2025. BITSAT 2025 Exam Session- I is scheduled to be held from May 26 to June 30, 2025. Session 2 exam will be held from 22nd June to 26th June 2025.
BITSAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Before initiating the application or availing the benefit of an extended BITSAT Registration Date, candidates must ensure they are eligible to appear for the exam. To check BITSAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria, candidates must fulfil the following criteria:
- Must have appeared for the 12th grade examination in 2024 or 2025.
- Students taking the improvement exam must get their results before 30th June 2025.
- Must have completed 12th grade under the 10+2 system.
- Must have scored 75% aggregate in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology/ Mathematics in 12th grade.
- Must have scored at least 60% individually in these subjects.
- While calculating percentages, include both practical and theory scores.

BITSAT 2025 Application Fee
Students must pay the applicable fee while submitting the BITSAT Application Form 2025. The fee will depend on the chosen test centre, the gender of the applicant, and the choice of session. BITSAT 2025 is non-transferable and will not be refunded at any later stages. Students Opting for India and Nepal as Test Center
Students who choose India or Nepal (Kathmandu) as test centers during BITSAT Registration 2025, they will be required to pay the following fees. The fee is to be submitted in the Indian National Rupee (INR).
Students Opting for Dubai as Test Center
Students who wish to appear for BITSAT from Dubai can select Dubai as the desired center choice during application. The fee remains the same for all the gender categories. In case the candidate appears once in session 1 and then applies to appear for the second session, they have to pay an additional fee of INR 2,000. Refer to the following table for the application fee while opting for Dubai as a test center.
Additional Fee for BITSAT 2025 Session 2
If a candidate initially appears for session 1 and then reapplies for session 2, they will be liable to pay additional charges. Students who are applying from Nepal or India have to submit the additional fee which is as follows:

BITSAT 2025 Application Process
The last date to submit BITSAT 2025 Application Form has been extended. Candidates can register till 24th April 2025. To register for BITSAT 2025 on the official website, students can follow the step-by-step guide below:
- Students first must register on the official website by providing information like name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email address, and country code.
- Click on ‘Generate OTP’ and enter the OTP to validate the submitted information.
- Check your details and click the ‘Go to Application’ button.
- Provide details such as personal details, category, identification, communication, qualification, and test city.
- Upload a scanned copy of a recent photograph and signature.
- Submit the application fees.
Documents Required for BITSAT 2025 Application Process
While applying to enrol in the BITS campus, students must submit the BITSAT Application Form 2025,available at the BITSofficial website. In the form, students must provide personal details, communication details, qualification details, test city preference, etc. Along with this, candidates have to submit certain documents such as:
- Photograph of the candidate in JPEG/ JPG format (size between 50-100 kb).
- The candidate's signature should be in JPEG/ JPG format (size between 10-100 kb).
- Scanned copy of 10th/ Secondary School/ Matriculation mark sheet.
- Scanned copy of qualifying examination (12th grade).
- Payment details for Internet banking, credit card, debit card, and UPI were made for the application.
- Provide a valid mobile number and e-mail ID for further communication.
BITSAT 2025 Test Centres
For BITSAT Registration 2025, students can choose a center at their convenience. In addition, they can choose the day they wish to appear for the test and book a time slot, either the morning slot (9 am-12 pm) or the afternoon slot (2 pm - 5 pm). How can I enroll in the BE program at the BITS Pilani Campus?
To get a seat on the BITS Pilani campus and enrol in its BE program, students must appear for BITSAT. The exam is held every year for students who will appear or have completed the 12th-grade examination.
When will the BITS admission test be held in 2025?
A student can appear for BITSAT a maximum of two times, in BITSAT session one, which will be held from 26th May to 30th May 2025 and session two where the exam will be held from 22nd June to 26th June 2025.
What if a student has made a mistake while filling out the BITSAT Application Form 2025?
If a student discovers any error in the application form after submission, he/she can rectify the mistake from 29th April to 1st May 2025. However, a candidate cannot change certain things such as contact number, email ID, and gender.

If a student has appeared two times in the BITSAT 2025, admission will be provided based on session results in which the student has scored the highest marks.
What is the test format of BITSAT 2025?
BITSAT 2025 is a 180-minute test that requires students to attempt 130 questions within one go (no breaks in between). The test comprises Physics, Chemistry, English, Logical Reasoning, and Mathematics/ Biology questions.
