VITEEE 2027 Slot Booking Rules

Slot booking is an important part of the admit-card process because the candidate's exam date, time and test-centre allocation are linked to the booking. VIT's 2026 OTBS operated on a first-come-first-served basis. Once a candidate confirmed a slot, no edit or change was permitted. Test-centre changes were also not allowed after submission.

Important: VIT stated that it would not be responsible for candidates who failed to book their test schedule within the specified slot-booking period, and the application fee was not refundable in such cases.

VITEEE 2027 Admit Card Login Details

The 2026 OTBS login required the application number, password and registered email ID. The password was sent to the registered email during the application-registration process.

Candidates should keep these details accessible until the examination and admission process is completed.

Details Mentioned on VITEEE Admit Card

The admit card is used to confirm the candidate's examination schedule and test-centre details. Candidates should check every field immediately after downloading it.

The candidate should particularly verify the exam date, time and centre address, as the confirmed slot cannot be changed after booking under the 2026 OTBS rules.

VITEEE 2027 Exam Centre and Slot Details

The test centre and examination schedule are connected to the slot selected in OTBS. Candidates should check the centre address on the admit card rather than relying only on the test-city preference selected during application.

A candidate who has booked a particular date and time must appear according to the schedule printed on the admit card. The 2026 OTBS instructions did not permit edits after booking.

Documents Required for VITEEE 2027 Exam

Candidates should carry the printed VITEEE admit card and a valid photo identification document to the examination centre. The final 2027 instructions will be printed on the admit card, but the 2026 admission process required candidates to use the hall ticket for examination verification.

Important: Candidates should not rely only on a digital copy of the admit card. Carry a clear printed copy to the examination centre.
