Annamalai University allows students in various levels of courses by considering the minimum eligibility limit for every course in UG, PG, Diploma and PhD level programs.

Annamalai University includes separate eligibility for several levels of courses. The Undergraduate courses like B.E, BA, BSc, BCom, MBBS, BEd, B.P.Ed, BFSc, BPharm, BDS, BVoc etc Includes the minimum eligibility like candidates with good marks in 10+2 higher qualifying exams recognized by related boards with relevant subjects and a valid NEET UG/TNEA/ AU AIMEE Score will be considered. The main eligibility is to secure good marks in relevant qualification for the admission in the University.

Also, The University includes separate eligibility for several levels of courses. The postgraduate courses like M.E/MTech, MEd, MBA, MCA, MA, MSc, MCom, M.P.Ed, MPharm, MPT, MSc Nursing, M.Lib.Sc etc Includes the minimum eligibility like candidates with passed graduation by securing good marks in relevant disciplines and a valid TNEA/TANCET/AU AIMEE Score will be considered. The main eligibility is to secure very good rank/marks in a valid entrance test/boards for admission in the University.

The University includes separate eligibility for several courses of PG Diploma and PhD level programs. It includes the minimum eligibility like candidates with passed relevant degree by securing good marks in relevant disciplines and a valid entrance test score will be considered.

6 B.FSc Candidates who have very good merit in 10+2 with the related subject.
7 BEd Candidates who have very good merit in 10+2 with the related subject.
8 BA Candidates who have very good merit in 10+2 with the related subject.
9 BSc Candidates who have very good merit in 10+2 with the related subject.
10 BPharm Candidates who have very good merit in 10+2 with the related subject and a valid AU AIMEE Score.
11 BVoc Candidates who have very good merit in 10+2 with the related subject.

5 MSc Nursing Candidates who have good merit in graduation in relevant disciplines. Also, it considers candidates with 50% aggregate for general( 45% for sc/st/obc students) in graduation with relevant degrees.
6 MEd Candidates who have good merit in graduation in relevant disciplines. Also, it considers candidates with 50% aggregate for general( 45% for sc/st/obc students) in graduation with relevant degrees.
7 MPharm Candidates who have good merit in graduation in relevant disciplines and a valid AU AIMEE Score. Also, it considers candidates with 50% aggregate for general( 45% for sc/st/obc students) in graduation with relevant degrees.
8 M.Lib.Sc Candidates who have good merit in graduation in relevant disciplines. Also, it considers candidates with 50% aggregate for general( 45% for sc/st/obc students) in graduation with relevant degrees.
9 MBA Candidates who have good merit in graduation in relevant disciplines and a valid TANCET Score. Also, it considers candidates with 50% aggregate for general( 45% for sc/st/obc students) in graduation with relevant degrees.
10 MCA Candidates who have good merit in graduation in relevant disciplines and a valid TANCET Score. Also, it considers candidates with 50% aggregate for general( 45% for sc/st/obc students) in graduation with relevant degrees.
11 MPT Candidates who have good merit in graduation in relevant disciplines. Also, it considers candidates with 50% aggregate for general( 45% for sc/st/obc students) in graduation with relevant degrees.
12 M.P.Ed Candidates who have good merit in graduation in relevant disciplines. Also, it considers candidates with 50% aggregate for general( 45% for sc/st/obc students) in graduation with relevant degrees.
