For Academic Year 2022-23 , the Institute has achieved a placement of Around 895 students out of all students for PG. For Academic Year 2021-22, the Institute has achieved a placement of Around 726 students out of all students for PG. For Academic Year 2020-21 , the Institute has achieved a placement of Around 692 students out of all students for PG. For Academic Year 2022-23, UG and PG, the placement rate has increased rapidly compared to 2021-22, as it recorded a placement of 3402 students out of all students and in 2021-22, it recorded a placement of around 3281 students out of all students. It shows that there was a huge growth in placement numbers.

BITS Pilani Placement Process

The students of the university are required to register themselves for the placement session at the official placement portal of the University, which is held by the University's placement cell.

Eligibility:

• Students who have no backlogs will be eligible to sit in the placement sessions
• Students who have above 7 grade points will be preferred by the most of the companies
• Students with no registered police cases
• Students with no disciplinary actions

Interview rounds:

• The organisation will hold a placement drive for a few days; the students should participate in the placement drive and can simultaneously attend the interview rounds.
• The Interviews round mainly consists of three stages: Interaction Round/group discussion , Technical Round, and HR Round.
