About Digiquest Institute of Creative Arts and Design

Digiquest Institute of Creative Arts and Design was established in 2009. It is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU), Hyderabad. Digiquest Academy is also an Authorized World Skills Training Centre in Hyderabad, having trained over 2,500 students with industry-relevant skills in animation, VFX and gaming.

 

Digiquest India Ltd., founded by K. Basi Reddy is the parent company of the institute. It is among the first to promote the adoption of digital film technology within the Indian film industry, having contributed to over 200 Indian and Malaysian blockbuster movies.

 

The institute has various success stories of its students' creative achievements. India’s first horror cult universe and manga creator and the youngest editor in the Telugu film industry, Aluvala Saiteja Gupta is from Digiquest. He has edited films like Monster and Gamble, at the age of 21. His short film The Reprisal has won 25 national and international awards. Similarly, Shiva Teja Yerramilli, another alumni’s short film, My Mom has received honour at international film festivals in Jaipur and Mumbai.
