Process for the placement

The session is to be facilitated by the Director of the placements or the Chief placement officer, together with the Dean, the Director, and the members of the faculty. |

| Step 4 | Placement Training | All students applying for campus placements must complete the Campus Recruitment Leadership Training Program, organized with the Institute of Skills (IOS). This training includes practice in aptitude tests, group discussions, and mock interviews, as well as guest lectures, workshops, and interactions with alumni. |
| Step 5 | Recruitment Process | The recruitment process can be adjusted based on the recruiter's needs. If there are fewer applications for a job, the company may choose to hold the recruitment process at their own campus or another location that suits them. |
