LNMIIT offers a range of scholarships and assistantships to foster an environment of academic excellence and support students facing financial challenges. Multiple merit-based scholarships, need-based scholarships, and assistantships are available to suit different student needs and circumstances, all geared towards promoting competition and supporting academic performance.

LIIT – Merit Scholarships

The merit scholarships at LNMIIT are designed to reward academic excellence. They are available to top-ranking students who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance in their respective categories. The following table details the types of merit scholarships available and the academic criteria for each:

 

LIIT – BPL Scholarships

These scholarships are granted to the most financially challenged students. The scholarship amount is equal to the full tuition fee. For the continuity of the scholarship, students need to maintain a CGPA of 6.0 and above with no backlogs.

 

LIIT – Vijay Bhatnagar Scholarship

This scholarship is dedicated to a meritorious and economically challenged female student. The scholarship amount is INR 50,000 (INR 25,000 per semester). To be eligible for this scholarship, students need to maintain a CGPA of 8.5 or above with no backlog.

 

LIIT – Assistantships

LNMIIT offers several types of assistantships in lieu of academic or community support work to help students with financial needs. Assistantships are provided as per the table below:

 

LIIT – Scholarships from External Agencies

Several LNMIIT students have secured scholarships from various external agencies. These scholarships are awarded based on the specific rules and provisions laid out by each agency.

 

Note: The scholarship and assistantship policies are evaluated periodically by the institute. LNMIIT reserves the rights to modify the quantum of scholarships and assistantships, as well as the underlying policy conditions, based on the budgetary provisions approved by the Governing Council.
