How To Prepare for JEECUP 2025?

Only a few days are left for JEECUP 2025; now is the time for candidates to make a difference. At this stage, candidates are not advised to cover the entire syllabus. Instead, they should revise only important topics such as Trigonometry (Ratios, Identities, Heights and Distances), Time, Speed and Distance, Laws of Motion, Acids, Bases, and Salts. Practicing mock tests and previous years’ question papers will help candidates understand the exam pattern and improve time management. They should revise the essential concepts from classes 10 and 12 textbooks. Candidates must maintain a healthy diet, sleep routine, and study plan. These last few days are about revisioning and staying mentally calm to improve the effectiveness of the results. Below are some helpful tips for students during this last preparation phase.

  • Create a timetable for a last-minute study plan: Since only a few days are left, candidates should not overstress and can create a study plan for 7-8 hours daily. This duration will be enough to revise the whole chapter and remember the key formulas. To remember the formulas, candidates can take short notes and look at them daily.
  • Solve mock tests and previous years’ papers: Instead of studying for long hours, candidates are advised to solve mock tests provided in the JEECUP official portal and previous years’ papers. It will boost their confidence and improve accuracy and speed.
  • Revise concepts from textbooks: As a last-minute preparation plan, candidates are advised to review topics like electricity, electrolysis, chemical bonds, electromagnetic waves, etc., from their textbooks.
  • Get help from additional books: Candidates should avoid learning new concepts from other books now, as it can disrupt what they have prepared well. However, to practice and review the well-revised concepts, they can get help from supporting books like Objective Mathematics, HC Verma for Physics, and Uttar Pradesh Polytechnic JEEC for Chemistry.
  • Maintain a healthy sleep routine and balanced diet plan: In this last phase of JEECUP Exam, candidates must maintain a healthy sleep routine for about 8 hours and follow a balanced diet. It will help them to avoid stress.
