How is the NEET percentile score calculated?

NEET 2025 Tie-Breaking Rules
If two or more students get the same marks in NEET 2025, a tie-breaking method is used to decide their rank. Here’s how it works:
- Biology Marks – The student with higher marks in Biology will get a better rank.
- Chemistry Marks – If the tie still exists, the student with higher marks in Chemistry will be ranked higher.
- Fewer Wrong Answers – If the tie remains, the student with fewer incorrect answers will be given a better rank.
- Age Factor – Earlier, older candidates were given preference, but this rule was removed. However, it might be used in the second round of NEET counselling.
NEET 2025 Result Validity
