Step 4- After the student documents verification, a cut list of the candidate's name, Father's name, Mother's Name, etc., will be sent to the student from the university. They need to verify that information and send the reply to the college if the information is ok or needs any correction.
Step 5- After the reply is sent to the university, the admission is confirmed and start learning.
Important information is that the student wil get their roll no just before the examination which would be conducted in AI-Proctored online mode.

GNDU will conduct the exam for the B.Com course in online mode as the course itself is an Online program. The exam is divided into two parts, which are -
Continuous or formative assessment;
a. To account for 30% of the overall score;
b. administered as two online tests, each with 15% or 15 marks;
c. Would be in the form of multiple-choice questions, fill-in-the-blank questions, matching questions, short answer questions, long answer questions, quizzes, or assignments.
Summative evaluation in the form of a term-end or semester-ending exam.
a. To account for 70% of the overall score.
b. To give the online exam, a special question paper is created by selecting randomly selected questions from a pre-made question bank, and followig the prescribed format for the question paper, which may consist of multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blanks, matching, short-answer, and long-answer questions.

Students attendance will be verified using a biometric system based on their Aadhaar information and for international their passports or government-issued identification cards (of the country of origin or residence) for international students. Other AI methods, such as facial recognition, could be applied to verify the accuracy of the same.
e. Students can choose an open time slot and schedule the exam accordingly to be proctored via an AI-based Remote Proctoring System, where recordings will be checked by human proctors later, or a live proctoring appointment.
f. Recordings of online exams are maintained for five years in the universities.
g. Online tests will be regarded as part of one of two exam cycles: the June Cycle, which runs from March to August, or the December Cycle, which runs from September to February.
