JEE Main 2025 vs BITSAT 2025: JEE Main and BITSAT are two popular engineering entrance exams in India. JEE Main 2025 is conducted by NTA for admission to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs, whereas BITSAT 2025 is held for admission to BITS Pilani and its campuses. Both exams test Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics; however, BITSAT 2025 has English and Logical Reasoning as additional subjects. The JEE Main 2025 exam is a concept-based test, whereas the BITSAT entrance exam checks the speed and accuracy of candidates. 


JEE Main 2025 is a national-level engineering entrance exam. NTA conducts the JEE Main exam which is the gateway to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. The exam includes questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The exam tests students' conceptual understanding and numerical-solving skills. The JEE Main 2025 exam has 75 questions to be solved in 3 hours. It includes both MCQs and numerical value-based questions. Overall difficulty level is considered to be moderate to high.


BITSAT 2025 is the entrance test for admission to BITS Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad campuses. It includes questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Proficiency, and Logical Reasoning. The BITSAT 2025 exam is computer-based and consists of 130 questions to be solved in 3 hours. The paper is fast-paced and checks the student’s speed and accuracy. Compared to JEE Main, the questions are more direct and less concept-based.

JEE Main 2025 vs BITSAT 2025 Exam Dates

The JEE Main 2025 and BITSAT 2025 are held in two sessions. JEE Main 2025 will take place in January and April. BITSAT 2025 will be held in May and June. Students can appear for both sessions of each exam. The JEE Main 2025 has already concluded on April 08, 2025. However, the BITSAT 2025 Session 1 is going to take place from May 26 to 30, 2025 and Session 2 from June 22 to 26, 2025. JEE Main 2025 vs BITSAT 2025 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern of JEE Main and BITSAT is quite different. JEE Main 2025 entrance exam has 75 questions including both MCQs and numerical questions. The BITSAT 2025 exam has 130 multiple choice questions. JEE Main includes only three subjects but BITSAT exam also tests English and Logical Reasoning as additional sections. Both exams are 3 hours long. JEE Main 2025 gives more time per question, however, BITSAT 2025 is fast-paced and checks how quickly candidates can solve questions.
