The MAT 2025 score and percentile will be based on marks secured by the candidates in Mathematical Skills, Language Comprehension, Data Analysis & Sufficiency, and Intelligence & Critical Reasoning. The e-counselling system is a web-based platform that can be accessed from anywhere. It offers interfaces for candidate registration, document verification, payment verification, and seat allotment, which is carried out strictly according to merit. The system also facilitates the generation of necessary reports while adhering to all policy guidelines set by client organisations.

The system provides real-time updates on the availability of seats. Additionally, it allows for online payment receipts and enables communication with candidates via email and SMS.

The complete counselling process consists of the following steps

• Online registration
• Upload the documents and online receipt of fees through online payment gateway integration
• Attendance
• Document verification
• payment verification
• Update of payment
• Interaction with candidates in their order of rank through digital meeting platforms, i.e., virtual meeting
• Generate seat allotment requests for the candidates eligible for counselling in their order of ordinary merit rank.
• Approval of the seat allotment request by an authorised official.
• Online print of the seat allotment letter.
