The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the revised Class 12 Biology syllabus for the 2025-26 academic session. In line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the syllabus has been reduced by 30% to ease the academic load on students. Several chapters and topics from the NCERT textbook of CBSE Class 12 have been removed, while practicals have also been trimmed to help students focus better on core concepts.
