IUST Admission 2025: Courses, Fees, Application Process

One of Jammu & Kashmir's most reputable public universities is the Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST). It's in the Pulwama region's Awantipora. It was created by the state government of J&K on November 7, 2005. At the undergraduate level, IUST provides B.Tech programs in six engineering specialties, including BBA, B.Sc. AFM, and BA English (Hons.). In a number of fields, it provides postgraduate MBA, MCA, M. Tech Food Technology, M.Sc., and MA programs. It provides Ph.D. programs in a number of subjects as well. Before completing the IUST application form, ordinary BTech applicants must apply for JEE Main (Paper-I). 

Candidates for M. Tech programs must apply with a valid GATE score; if not, they must sit the IUST admission exam for that program. To be admitted to the BBA program, applicants must apply for and take the UG CMAT, which is administered by AIMA for IUST. All of IUST's programs have an application fee that may only be paid online. The university does not accept any other form of payment for fees. The IUST MBA program also accepts applications from candidates without a CMAT or MAT score. These applicants need to take the IUST Institutional MAT and show up for the university-level GD and PI sessions.

IUST UG Admission 2025

The Islamic University of Science & Technology offers six specialisations for its four-year B.Tech program. The institute also offers lateral entry for B.Tech. students. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology are the core topics of 10+2 courses, which is the minimum requirement for admission to B. Tech programs. Undergraduate students can enrol in the university's BBA, BA Honours degree in English, and B.Sc. program in Actuarial & Financial Mathematics. Admission requires a minimum of 10+2 certification from an approved board. offers a two-year MBA program in international business as well as a regular MBA. The primary prerequisite for admission is a bachelor's degree in any field, together with a minimum of 50% in the final qualifying exam.

IUST PG Admission 2025

The university accepts up to eight students for its M.Tech program in food technology. The prerequisite is a B. Tech degree in food technology with at least 50% of the possible points. At the postgraduate level, Islamic University of Science & Technology provides M.Sc., MCA, and MA courses. A bachelor's degree in the relevant or related field with at least 50% of the possible points is the fundamental requirement for admission.
