The BBA Hotel Management course of study is a mixture of business core and professional hospitality training. The first year courses include the core subjects which are Principles of Management, Financial Accounting, and Introduction to Hospitality, which provide a good base on business and hotel operations.

 

As the program advances the curriculum major on Hotel Housekeeping, Front office management, Food and Beverage management, and Hospitality Marketing. Human Resource Management, Business Communication and Event Management are also learnt among students, and they acquire practical skills applicable in the hospitality sector.

 

The latter semesters are devoted to more advanced subjects such as Hospitality Law, Revenue Management and Strategic Management.
