AEEE 2025 Admit Card (Phase II) will be available for download from 3rd May 2025 onwards (tentative). AEEE 2025 Exam (Phase-II) will be held from 7th to 11th May 2025 in two timing slots. The morning shift will start from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The afternoon shift is scheduled from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Every applicant is required to bring their AEEE 2025 Phase 2 Admit Card along with a valid ID proof (Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport/ PAN Card/ Driving License). To appear for the AEEE 2025 exam, candidates are required to download their admit card from the official website (https://aeee.amrita.edu). Only those students can download their hall ticket who have completed the slot booking procedure. As per the exam guidelines, all students are advised to keep their admit cards safely until the end of the admission process.

In addition, candidates must ensure that their hall ticket does not contain any of the below-mentioned errors:
- Incorrect spelling or mismatched name: Candidates must ensure that their name is as specified in their identity proof and contain no spelling mistakes.
- Incorrect Date of Birth: During the security-check process of the examination, invigilators check whether the candidate DOB is the same as that of their ID proof. Thus, to avoid any issue and inconvenience later on, students must ensure that their hall ticket date of birth is correct.
- Incorrect Exam Date: The AEEE 2025 Exam Date is 7th-11th May 2025. If the hall ticket mentions a date before or after this date, candidates must immediately report this by raising a ticket or contacting helpdesk.

A student can also face issues during the process because of high traffic on the website or some server issue. Downloading issues may arise due to the following reasons:
- Unstable Internet connection: Weak or unstable internet connection could be one of the reasons behind not being able to download the AEEE 2025 Admit Card.
- Incorrect Login Details: Students may face issues while accessing their admit card due to incorrect entered date of birth, application ID, or captcha.
- Incompletion of Slot Booking Procedure: Students who miss the slot booking procedure are not allowed to access their admit card and enter the exam hall.
- High Traffic on Website: Often, excessive traffic on the website causes the server to crash and disrupt the hall ticket downloading process.
AEEE 2025 Admit Card Exam Day Guidelines
The AEEE 2025 exam will be held in two time slots over the five days, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th May 2025. The exam will be conducted in more than 90+ centers, including UAE, Andaman and Nicobar, and Dubai. Candidates who will be appearing for the exam must read the instructions printed on their AEEE 2025 Admit Card. It includes the following guidelines:
- To ensure seamless and quick entry into the AEEE 2025 exam hall, students must report at least 30 minutes before the scheduled reporting time.
- Although the AEEE guidelines does not specify any fixed dress code, candidates are advised to wear loose, light-coloured clothes. They must avoid any heavy embroidered attire, jewellery, and close shoes.
- Candidates must ensure that they are not carrying any prohibited items into the exam center. It includes any metallic items or any electronic gadgets, Stationery items like pencil cases or geometry boxes, digital or calculator watches, etc.
- To appear for the examination, bring along a valid ID proof that is in ideal condition and acceptable as per the guidelines.

In case a student is not able to login and download their AEEE 2025 Admit Card, they can initiate a password recovery process. For this, follow the below mentioned steps and keep your application credentials handy for use:
- Visit the website (https://aeee.amrita.edu).
- Find the link ‘Download AEEE Admit Card 2025’ or any link that diverts to the hall ticket downloading page.
- Tap on the text ‘Forgot Password’.
- Provide the requested information (application ID/ email address, etc).
