What is SNAP?

SNAP Test or Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is a common admission test conducted by the Symbiosis International (Deemed) University to grant admission to the MBA/ PGDM programs. A total of 16 constituent colleges of SIU accept SNAP scores, along with JK Business School, Gurgaon. SNAP test is a speed-based test conducted in the Computer-Based Tets (CBT) mode. The question paper consists of 60 MCQs from sections, such as General English, Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, and Analytical & Logical Reasoning. Students can appear for this exam a maximum of three times, and the best score is considered for admission. For final selection, students are required to appear for Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI) conducted by the SIU institutes individually.

SNAP 2025 Exam Dates

The SNAP exam 2025 notification has been released. The registrations for this exam are currently ongoing on the official website, and students can apply till November 20, 2025. The exam usually takes place in December in a total of 3 sessions. Below are the tentative dates for the SNAP 2025 exam:

SNAP 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To be able to participate in the SNAP entrance exam 2025, students have to complete their graduation from any recognised institute/ university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST students). Other SNAP 2025 Eligibility Criteria are given below:

• Post this step, and provide details of your educational experience. Choose your preferred program and the institute to which you want to apply.
• The final step requires payment for your preferred program. You can pay the fee using the same payment options as mentioned above.

SNAP Exam Pattern 2025

SNAP exam pattern is divided into three major subjects, i.e., General English, Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, and Analytical & Logical Reasoning. Each section has its own specific weightage. The duration of the exam is typically 1 hour, and the number of questions students can expect is 60 MCQS in CBT mode. SNAP 2025 Admit Card

The SNAP 2025 Admit Card is a document that students must have before appearing for the entrance exam. The admit card will be made available on November 28 (Test 1), December 8 (Test 2), and December 15 (Test 3). • Click on the admit card download link (only after it is released)

SNAP 2025 Exam Centres

The SNAP 2025 is expected to be conducted in more than 80 cities across India. Although the official list of test cities has not been released yet, it is expected to be similar to last year's. For example, in 2024, students participated in SNAP at various test centres, including Agra, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jabalpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Rourkela, and Vijayawada.

Students are allowed to choose from any of the three test cities as per their preference. During the SNAP registration in 2025, students can select their preferred cities and available slots. Since the test city and date are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, it is better to complete the registration process and pay the fee as early as possible. Under no circumstances will the students’ request for a change of city and date be entertained.

SNAP 2025 Answer Key

Since 2020, the official SNAP answer key has not been released. Till 2019, answer keys were released even before the results were announced. However, now the SNAP entrance test has become a 3-attempt exam, and answer keys are available only in the form of memory-based. Students can find multiple memory-based answer keys released by MBA experts and coaching institutes. These memory-based SNAP answer keys help students determine the difficulty level of the exam and get an estimate of admission-cutoff percentiles.

SNAP 2025 Cutoff

SNAP 2025 Counselling

The counselling begins right after the results are declared for the SNAP 2025. The institute shortlists the candidates based on their overall SNAP percentile. The counselling process assesses students' abilities, such as Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interaction (PI). Students can also get shortlisted for more than one program. In this case, students are expected to participate in the GE-PI for each program separately.

After completing these rounds, the institute will release the final merit list, which will contain the names of the selected candidates. The merit list will be based on the following weightage: 50% (for SNAP percentile), 10% (for GE), and 40% (for PI). Furthermore, selected students will be required to undergo a document verification process conducted by the respective institutions. Admission will be confirmed only upon successful payment of fees.
