JEE Main Registration Fees for Single Paper
The registration fee for JEE Mains is different for each category & gender. It also depends on whether the centre is outside India or in India. The National Testing Agency offers several payment methods to make the process easy. Applicants can pay the registration fee through UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card. Applicants can choose the mode of payment based on their convenience. Payment of the registration fee will be the last process of completing the JEE Mains Application Form. Any other mode of payment will lead to the application form rejection. Moreover, the application fee is non-refundable.

- Registration fees payment must be done online only.

NTA follows a strict refund policy for application and registration fees. Here are the refund rules related to the JEE Main application fees:
- In case of a failed transaction, candidates will have to pay the exam fee again.
- Duplicate transaction amount will be refunded after the JEE Mains Result.
- Reducing the number of papers will not lead to a refund.
- Only Duplicate Payments and Failed Payments are eligible for the refund process.
- If the candidate does not get a seat, does not report to the institute, or withdraws within the given timeline for the JoSAA admission counselling and seat allotment process, then they will be offered a refund.
- If the candidate cancels admission after successful confirmation, then they will not get a refund.
