People who want to get into the M.Sc. Environmental Management school must have a B.Sc. from an approved university with at least 50% in a field like Chemistry, Geography, Environmental Science, Life Sciences or a similar field. Admissions are generally based on merit, however, few reputed institutions grant admissions based on entrance exams like CUET PG.

The cost of an M.Sc. in environmental management in India varies from university to university and is usually between INR 30,000 and INR 2,50,000. The University of Kalyani, the University of Mumbai, and the Forest Research Institute are all well-known institutes that offer this program. These institutes are known for their research-based teaching, modern labs and teachers who have a lot of experience in environmental studies.

Graduates can get jobs in both the public and private fields after finishing school. Environmental Consultant, Sustainability Officer, Environmental Analyst, Waste Management Planner, Climate Change Researcher and NGO Project Coordinator are just a few of the jobs that people can have.
