SRMJEEE Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates need to meet certain requirements to be eligible for SRMJEEE 2026. The test is open to Indian citizens, Non-Resident Indians, and individuals holding a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card issued by the Government of India. A minimum of 60% should be scored in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics by the applicants in their 12th-grade examination to seek admission to the Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, and Vadapalani campuses, whereas for admission at the Delhi NCR campus, the candidates have to score a minimum of 55% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. SRMJEEE Application Process 2026

The SRMJEEE 2026 Application Form for Phase 3 was available till June 30, 2026, at the official portal, applications.srmist.edu.in. The registration for Phase 2 closed on June 4, 2026. The SRMJEEE 2026 Application Process is conducted entirely in online mode and is open to candidates seeking admission to B.Tech programs across all SRM Group campuses. SRMJEEE Result 2026

The SRMJEEE 2026 Result is declared phase-wise on the official website, srmist.edu.in. Phase 1 and Phase 2 result was released on May 5 and June 22, 2026, at 3 PM. Results are announced separately for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3. The result is released in the form of a Rank Card / Scorecard, which is also sent to the candidate's registered email ID. SRMJEEE Cutoff 2026

The SRMJEEE 2026 cutoffs refer to the minimum ranks required for admission to a specific program or campus. SRMIST does not officially publish the SRMJEEE cutoff. However, if it’s announced this year, it will be available on the official SRMIST website at srmist.edu.in.

SRMJEEE Counselling 2026

The SRMJEEE 2026 Counselling process is conducted entirely online by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) through the Online Admission Portal (OAP) at admissions.srmist.edu.in. Counselling is held phase-wise, separately following the conclusion and result declaration of each exam phase, and is expected to begin in July 2026 for Phase 1 qualifiers. Only candidates who secure a valid All India Rank (AIR) in SRMJEEE 2026 are eligible to participate in SRMJEEE 2026 Counselling. It is important to note that qualifying the exam or participating in counselling does not guarantee admission; final seat allotment depends on the candidate's AIR, campus-wise and branch-wise cutoff ranks, seat availability, and successful document verification.

SRMIST also considers JEE Main scores for B.Tech admissions. Candidates who did not appear for SRMJEEE but hold valid JEE Main 2026 scores may be eligible to participate in counselling directly.

SRMJEEE Counselling Fee 2026

Upon acceptance of a seat allotment, candidates must pay a total of INR 1,10,000, structured as follows:

• INR 10,000 — One-time non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee
• INR 1,00,000 — Seat Acceptance Fee (adjusted as part of the total tuition fee)

Important: This payment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to pay within the stipulated deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the seat allotment. Subsequent rounds of counselling are conducted to fill seats vacated due to non-payment. Payment can be made via E-Pay (online) or Demand Draft drawn in favour of SRM Institute, payable at the Chennai campus.

Step-by-Step SRMJEEE Counselling Process 2026

1. Register for Counselling: Visit admissions.srmist.edu.in and log in to the Applicant Dashboard using your Application Number, Date of Birth, Programme Applied For, and SRMJEEE Rank.
2. Download Counselling Call Letter and Rank Card: Access and download both documents from the Online Admission Portal (OAP).
3. Fill in Choice Preferences: Enter your preferred SRM campuses and B.Tech programmes in order of preference. Fill choices carefully — seat allotment is based entirely on the preferences entered, your AIR, and seat availability.
4. Document Verification: Submit scanned copies of all required documents on the portal for verification. Discrepancies at this stage may lead to cancellation of candidature.
5. SRMJEEE 2026 Seat Allotment Result: Check the seat allotment result on the OAP. Allotment is done based on your AIR, course preferences, and campus-wise cutoff. Each phase has multiple rounds of allotment — candidates not satisfied with their allotment in Round 1 can participate in subsequent rounds.
