IPU CET 2026 was conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) from April 25 to May 23, 2026. Importantly, B.Tech (General Engineering, Code 131) admissions no longer go through IPU CET — GGSIPU now fills these seats entirely through JEE Main and CUET (UG) scores. IPU CET 2026 remains applicable only for B.Tech Biotechnology (Code 130) and B.Tech Lateral Entry programmes (Diploma holders - Code 128, and BSc graduates - Code 129, where still notified), along with several other UG/PG courses such as BBA, BCA, BJMC, and MBA (via CAT/MAT/CMAT).

IPU CET 2026 Counselling Procedure

1. Log in using the application number and date of birth, then pay the counselling participation fee.
2. Pay online (debit/credit card, net banking) or offline via bank challan.
3. Complete counselling registration with roll number, name, date of birth, and result status.
4. Provide personal, academic, and contact details.
5. Receive a login ID and password for the counselling portal.
6. Fill in course and college preferences, entering the maximum number of choices improves allotment chances.
7. Check the seat allotment result once declared.
